Yes. The checkout runs inside the app like in a mobile browser, so card gateways, PayPal and bank transfer options work unchanged. Apple accepts web checkout for physical goods and services. If you sell downloadable products consumed inside the app, Apple may require in-app purchases, which the app can support.

No. The app loads your live store, so new products, price updates and extension changes are visible immediately. App store resubmission is only needed when you change the app itself, for example its icon, name or native features.
Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.
