Yes. Ecwid’s checkout runs inside the app like in a mobile browser, with card payments through your connected gateways. Apple permits web checkout for physical goods and services. If you sell digital files consumed inside the app, in-app purchase rules may apply, and we can advise on that.
The Instant Site is a mobile-friendly website, but it cannot appear in the App Store or Google Play and cannot send native push notifications. The app wraps that site so customers install it, see your icon on their home screen and receive OneSignal push notifications about offers.
Yes, immediately. The app loads your live Ecwid storefront, so new products, prices and design changes appear without resubmitting the app. You only need a new build when the app shell changes, such as the icon, the app name or a new store URL.
Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.
