Retool Mobile requires building separate mobile apps inside Retool. A WebView wrapper takes your existing web app as it is and delivers branded iOS and Android apps with source code, which is useful if your tools are already mobile-friendly or you want one interface for everyone.
Yes. Retool email login and most SSO providers work inside the WebView, with sessions persisting between launches. Google Workspace sign-in needs an extra configuration because Google blocks plain embedded web views; mention it when ordering and we set it up.
Apple generally expects internal apps to be distributed privately via Apple Business Manager, unlisted app distribution or enterprise programs rather than the public store. Google Play offers private apps for organisations. We advise on the right route and prepare the project accordingly.
Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.

Store approval depends on the content of your app, and most WebView apps based on a responsive, app-like website pass review.
