A PWA helps with home-screen installs but gives no App Store or Google Play listing, limited push on iOS and no native source code. A WebView app adds store distribution, OneSignal push on both platforms and native extras such as an offline screen and AdMob if wanted.
Yes. Budibase user accounts and SSO providers that redirect back to your domain work inside the WebView, and sessions persist. If you use Google sign-in, it requires a specific configuration because Google blocks plain embedded web views, so mention it when ordering.
Publish the app in Budibase and the native apps load the new version immediately, because they always open your live URL. Store resubmission is only necessary for native changes such as a new icon, name or push configuration.
Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.

Store approval depends on the content of your app, and most WebView apps based on a responsive, app-like website pass review.
