.NET web UI framework · Platform guide

Convert your Blazor web app into native iOS & Android apps.

Blazor is Microsoft’s framework for building web UI with C# and .NET, running on the server over SignalR or in the browser via WebAssembly; apps are hosted on any ASP.NET Core server. We wrap your published Blazor web app into real App Store and Google Play apps – no coding, delivered within 72 hours, full source code included.

Why an app for your Blazor web app?

From browser tab to home screen.

.NET teams want to reuse their C# skills and components rather than start Swift and Kotlin projects. A WebView app wraps your deployed Blazor URL, so Blazor Server circuits or WebAssembly bundles run inside native iOS and Android shells unchanged. The JavaScript bridge, reachable via JS interop, adds OneSignal push, AdMob, in-app purchases, sharing and QR scanning without a separate mobile codebase.

Your app behaves like a full-screen browser for your Blazor web app: every change you publish on Blazor is live in the app immediately – no app update required. Native features such as push notifications, an offline screen, native dialogs and smart link handling are added on top.

See all features

Home screen presence

A real app icon on iPhone and Android devices, installed from the App Store and Google Play.

Push notifications

Re-engage users with OneSignal push messages – or trigger local notifications from your own JavaScript.

Offline screen

Instead of browser errors, users see a branded offline screen with a "Try again" button.

Monetization

AdMob banners and interstitials, in-app purchases and native sharing dialogs are supported.

How it works for Blazor

Three steps to your Blazor app.

1

Publish your Blazor web app

Make sure your web app is live on a public URL (ideally your own domain) and looks good on a phone screen – that URL is what we wrap.

2

Order in a few minutes

Tell us your URL, app name and icon in the order wizard, pick the native features you need and pay securely with Stripe.

3

Receive your apps within 72 hours

We configure the WebViewGold template for your project, optimize it and deliver the full Xcode & Android Studio source code plus store-ready builds.

Preparation checklist

Prepare your Blazor web app for the app stores.

A few platform-specific tips from our App Specialists for the best result:

  • Deploy to a production domain over HTTPS and point the app there; WebSocket support for Blazor Server must be enabled on the host.
  • For Blazor WebAssembly, enable compression and consider a loading indicator, since the runtime downloads on first start.
  • Check your components at phone width and set the viewport meta tag in the host page.
  • Test authentication on a phone, especially if you use ASP.NET Core Identity or an external identity provider.
  • Not sure about a setting? Leave it to us – everything can be changed later in the source code, and our support is happy to advise.

Built on WebViewGold. Every Blazor app we deliver is based on WebViewGold, the WebView app template for iOS & Android developed by our own team – battle-tested in the stores and continuously updated for the latest iOS and Android versions. FAQ

Blazor to app: frequently asked questions

Does Blazor Server work inside a WebView app?

Yes. Blazor Server uses a SignalR connection over WebSockets, which the app supports like a mobile browser. Keep your hosting configured for WebSockets and consider reconnect handling so users returning to the app resume their session smoothly.

How is this different from .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid?

MAUI Blazor Hybrid embeds your components in a native shell that you build and maintain yourself with the .NET MAUI toolchain. Our service wraps your already deployed Blazor URL and delivers ready Xcode and Android Studio projects, usually within 72 hours, with native features configured, so no MAUI project is needed.

Can I call native features from C#?

Yes. The app exposes a JavaScript bridge for OneSignal push notifications, AdMob ads, in-app purchases, sharing and QR scanning. Use Blazor’s JS interop to call the bridge from C# when the app runs inside the native shell, and skip it in the browser.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.

What exactly do I receive?

The complete Xcode project (iOS) and/or Android Studio project including signed APK/AAB files and keystore (Android), plus a step-by-step quick start guide for the App Store and Google Play submission. The apps are built on the WebViewGold template, so you keep the full, editable source code.

What if Apple or Google rejects the app?

Store approval depends on the content of your app, and most WebView apps based on a responsive, app-like website pass review. If Apple or Google rejects your app for non-content reasons, we offer a full refund of the setup fee when you claim it within 14 days after purchase – see our Terms and Conditions.
