No. The native app loads the live URL of your published Lazy app, so hosting, database and logic stay in Lazy. You keep editing with prompts and republishing, and both store apps show the new version immediately.
Your Lazy app needs a connection to work, just like in a browser. The native wrapper shows a configurable offline screen with a retry button and reconnects automatically, which is friendlier than a browser error page but does not replace server-side functionality.
If the app is for your own staff only, Apple may prefer private distribution through Apple Business Manager or unlisted app links rather than the public App Store. Customer-facing tools with real functionality are generally fine. We advise on the right route before building.
Converting one platform (iOS or Android) is a one-time fee of $698; the iOS + Android bundle costs $1,158 (you save $238). The optional App Publishing Service is $318 per platform. Payment is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices exclude VAT.
