Email and password, phone and email-link sign-in work like in a mobile browser, and sessions persist across app launches. Google sign-in and some other OAuth providers restrict embedded browsers, so tell us which providers you use and we will discuss the best setup before building.
The app includes OneSignal for push notifications on iOS and Android, which works independently of your Firebase project and is configured during setup. Your Firestore, Functions and Hosting setup stays unchanged, and you send notifications from the OneSignal dashboard or API.
The app loads your live Hosting URL, so every deployment appears immediately without resubmitting the app. Backend changes in Firestore rules or Cloud Functions take effect the same way. Only native changes such as icon or name need a new build with the delivered source code.
