Apps are completed within 72 hours after ordering from our site. Submission to Apple and/or Google may take about another seven days, depending on the review times. The prerequisite for this time estimation is that a developer account from Apple and/or Google has already been set up.

Yes. Our payment gate processor sends you a valid and customizable invoice for every order automatically. The invoice is always sent to your personal email, and you can add any information you need, such as your address and company name. If you are eligible to deduct Sales Tax, make sure to enter your VAT ID during the payment process to avoid Sales Tax. If you've been incorrectly charged for Sales Tax (VAT), please open the online invoice and add all relevant information (billing email, tax info, name), and a VAT refund will be issued.

No. Like with our product WebViewGold, each order allows for publishing a single end product. An end product refers to a published app in either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Therefore, you must purchase a separate order for each app you create using our solutions. As long as you only have one end product live/published, you will not need another license, even if you change the WebView URL (while deleting the existing app). However, if you release another ADDITIONAL app, you must purchase an additional license for that app. This licensing requirement is standard for most commercial software products (and all non-tool products on CodeCanyon, for example). It helps to protect intellectual property while ensuring a fair and sustainable business model for future development.

Yes, you get the full, editable source code of your apps. It is important to us that you have complete control over your apps and your intellectual property.

Yes :) There are two options for push notifications in apps built by WeSetupYourWebViewApp service. Option 1: You can insert a piece of code JavaScript code on your website to define a push notification, which can be shown after your app was closed (while scheduling it during the app is open). This works without OneSignal configuration at all.

Option 2: If you want to use the OneSignal API in your app, the backend onesignal.com will be your place to send notifications to your users. You can get the individual OneSignal Push ID for each user; it will be appended like ?onesignal_push_id=XYZ to your WebView URL.

However, the WeSetupYourWebViewApp service produces apps that are 100% ready for immediate App Store and Play Store submission. Using the Quick Start Guide (included in your app delivery), it's effortless to test and upload the apps.

It's very easy: Think about your app like a full-screen browser. Everything will work and look like your web app/website. All the changes you have made to your website / web app will be applied to your iOS & Android apps immediately. Therefore, app updates are often not required for content changes. For the app binaries and app source codes themselves (Android/iOS), the latest version of our app template is used during setup. The WeSetupYourWebViewApp fee is a one-time setup fee and does not include a fee to get one or multiple new setup(s) with (a) more recent version(s) of the app template at any time if desired. Nevertheless, an upgrade service (new app template version + manual reconfiguration by us) can be ordered in individual cases for a fee (lower than the original fee) and by separate arrangement. Alternatively, we are happy to provide the latest version of the app template codebase for self-setup free of charge upon request (voluntary service of us, not part of the scope of delivery). Although, from time to time, we provide free upgrades (including manual adaptations to the existing code base of the customers); this is done voluntarily by us and is not part of the paid services. In these cases, we contact the customers from our side. BTW: Often, our apps do not require maintenance upgrades at all. :-) Please check out our Terms and Conditions, too.

Yes, as part of our Terms and Conditions, we offer refunds under specific conditions that must be requested within 14 days of order and may be granted in case of a non-content app rejection by Apple and/or Google. Beyond that, we cannot offer refunds. Before a refund request is granted, the customer must declare in writing (and in individual cases, prove by a screenshot) not to use the apps or app components and to digitally destroy the delivered digital assets.

Yes, as part of our Terms and Conditions, we offer free support. The usual support period is 30 days after the date of purchase. However, in individual cases, we may decide to provide further support beyond this period. Support services are explicitly never part of our products and services themselves but are provided voluntarily at the sole discretion of us concerning scope, response time, and support period.
